Wide Is Normal in Ag
A combine with the header off still runs wide; with duals it is wider. Headers travel on separate trailers or header carts, planters fold but often stay oversize. Can you move a combine?
Yes — typically header-off, on an RGN or lowboy with width permits, with the header on its own trailer or cart. Both loads coordinate as one move.
What about planting and harvest season timing?
Seasonal deadlines are real in ag. Tell us the date the machine must be in the field and we plan placement backwards from it.
Do folded implements still need permits?
Often — many planters and tillage tools fold to 12–14′, which is permitted width in every state. We check the folded spec, not the brochure.
Can you pick up from a farm with soft ground?
Drivers coordinate ground conditions, approach and turning room before arrival — rural pickups are half of what ag hauling is.
